graphics card problem .

hello everyone, i will be straightforward with my problem.
 

so my problem happen time to time and i don't know why, and i don't know how to explain it but i have a picture. it will be easier to understand.
 

as you see the discoloration or whatever it's called. its just suddenly happen when i open my pc.

p.s(i never turn my pc off).
how can i fix it ?

Ouch that's a lot of artifacts. Does it just happen on Twitter, or does it happen with all the programs that you run? What GPU is it? What are your system specs?

Artifacts usually indicate an issue with your GPU, heat could be an issue in your case causing the card to overheat. Have you tried re-installing the drivers? We could start with that.Is your card overclocked?
