Suggestions High-End Build

The last time i built a computer was probably like 4-5 years ago.  My old Computer is getting a bit slow and I am looking to build a new one.

If you have "some" spare time and know stuff about computers, I'd apprechiate it if you could drop some recommendations on what can be optimised.

Also, its the first time I'm watercooling my system, so I stuck with things I know (or atleast think) are compatible with eachother. 

 

Budget (including currency): about 8500CHF 

Country: Switzerland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 

• Watching Youtube
• Virtualisation 
• Gaming

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 

GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 3090 24G EK (will probably have to wait, current pricing is insane) 

Memory: G.Skill Trident Z Royal 4x, 32GB, DDR4-3600, CL16 (considering CL18 since CL16 is overpriced)

Storage: 2x Samsung 980 Pro 2000GB (Raid 0) / 4x Seagate BarraCuda Pro 12TB (Raid 5)

You didn't list the CPU block or a cooler for the CPU. Did you forget it?
