Trouble with network ethernet

New pc has a problem that there is no network devices in control panel->network and internet->network connections folder(menu) , how do I fix it?

 

I've tried doing "Network restart" and that did not help.

You probably need drivers. What model is your motherboard?

this is what i got while installing, Ethernet cable is plugged in tho @PorkishPig

Is your Ethernet Controller visible in Device Manager (Win+R, enter devmgmt.msc in Run) under Other Devices?

there is no "Other Devices" in Device manager

Did you purchase this motherboard used? It's possible that the previous owner may have disabled the Ethernet Controller in the BIOS. Try entering your BIOS and using Restore Defaults under Save & Exit.

How do I enter BIOS?

Since the device is greyed out, this just means that the device was previously connected but is no longer present.

Spam the Delete/Del key when booting.

I can't enter BIOS

Ethernet was working for first 2-3h of using PC, and then when trying to change it to wifi and after watching a video how to change it, now there is no ethernet.

You need to spam Delete immediately after pressing the power button. If you see Windows loading, you can no longer enter the BIOS. Note that this is the Delete key, not backspace.

Your motherboard does not have wireless capabilities. Do you remember what changes you made to attempt to enable Wi-Fi?

 

If you view the properties of Realtek PCIe Fe Family Controller, does it report "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)"? Are there any LED indicators blinking on your Ethernet port?
