Quick Temps question

I just built a computer and these are the temps.  Should I be concerned that one is holding steady at 89C, way higher than the rest?  Did I miss a spot of thermal compound? Or is this normal?

What CPU and what cooler on it?

Really depends. If thats under full load, then its normal for most situations. But as we do not know what CPU, what cooler, what case, what room temp or any other variable which will have effect, its impossible to say.

It's a Ryzen 3800x with stock Wraith Prism cooler. I ran Cinebench during that.  This one is just streaming video. Room is about 73F.

A quick search on reddit showed that TMPIN4 in particular may be showing odd readings depending on your board. Have you look in HWINFO64? One you find all the relevant sensors, it's more descriptive on what the sensors are.
