So i just built a PC and have everything now but when we turn it on, nothing will show up on the monitor and it'll stay in power saving mode. When i turn my pc on, the CPU error light comes on for about 7 seconds and then turns off. We tried multiple stuff such as repositioning the gpu, switching PCI-E slots, two different gpus, different monitors with both vga and hdmi, spamming delete, checking the cpu, and nothing has worked. All my fans and rgb are working and when we built it, we used the anti static bands. My motherboard says AMD Ryzen 3000 Desktop Ready and should work with my Ryzen 5 3600

Have you tried reseating RAM and CPU? if yes then the next step is to use the Flash bios button simply use a USB key to flash any BIOS within seconds, without installing a CPU, memory or graphics card. Follow the steps from MSI website:

Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button Before updating: Please download the latest BIOS file that matches your motherboard model from MSI® website and rename the BIOS file to MSI.ROM. And then, save the MSI.ROM file to the root of USB flash drive. Important Only the FAT32 format USB flash drive supports updating BIOS by Flash BIOS Button.

1. Connect power supply to CPU_PWR1 and ATX_PWR1. (No other components are necessary but power supply.)

2. Plug the USB flash drive that contains the MSI.ROM file into the Flash BIOS Button port on rear I/O panel.

3. Press the Flash BIOS Button to flash BIOS, and the LED next to the button starts flashing.

4. After the flashing BIOS process is 100% completed, the LED would be off simultaneously

If that doesn't help then CPU or motherboard is most likely faulty
