Best prebuilt rigs/brands?

Hey all, I'm in the market for a new pc after buying a series x I can say its not for me (terrible blur when turning, seems like a console thing at this point) I wanted to ask what's the best pre built in today's age? My estimated budget is 1,000. Maybe 1,300, I also wanted a rig that'd play modern games nicely but im not sure what to look for. Any input would be nice ^^
