Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rendering, video editing, gaming, game development.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have the following parts:

1. intel i7 10700k

2. Gigabyte z490 UD microATX form factor

3. Gskill Ripjaws 1 x 16GB DDR4 3600Mhz

4. MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 2x OC (dual fan GPU)

5. Antec Earthwatts 750W 80+ Gold fully modular PSU.

Question:

I need a CPU cooler and a Case.

The cooler I am looking at is the Noctua NH-D15.

The case I am looking at is the Deepcool Matrexx 55 mesh - dual front panel mesh, 3 intake ARGB 120mm fans and 1 exhaust ARGB 120mm fans preinstalled. And an additional slots for two fans at the top of the case.

The first question was I am wondering if the NH D15 will fit on the motherboard since it is a microATX form factor motherboard. If I needed to install another RAM module later?

The second question was will the case be enough to cool the CPU. Cause the current case I have is constantly hitting 100C on both CPU and GPU at fairly moderate loads?

Third question was is there a better cooler or case around the same budget that I should look at?

PS I live in Delhi and the ambient temperature might go as high as 48C during summers and as low as 2-4 C in winters.

man 48c is a little too much, better have an A/C to maintain lower ambient temperature. overall both noctua and this case setup will be decent for cooling.

Make sure to quote me if you want me to respond
Thanks :)

Thanks a lot man. I do put on AC most of the time when I am doing some heavy stuff.

Also will the CPU cooler fit the motherboard leaving enough clearance for the RAM?

yep doesnt matter, what it has to come down is maximum cooler height on the case, make sure it can fit, case manufacturers and pcpartpicker list them as well as for the coolers (they say their height for coolers, all heights are in mm) and clearance for your RAM Slots if they will have a heat spreader like in the corsair vengeance LPX

Thanks dude. Also should I look for AIOs in a similar price range?

eh it depends, AIOs and Air coolers are kinda similar but have a difference and comes down to prefrence, Linus has made a great video about the like: AIO vs Air coolers and the differences:

I would still personally use air coolers over AIOs

PLEASE GET A 2ND STICK OF RAM.

get a U12S Redux, or a Scythe Fuma 2. The D15 is overpriced imo
