GPU Fan Swap?

I doubt it, board designs vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and even the header itself for the fans could be different, either in the way it's wired or the physical connector itself. Oh and the components on the board are probably placed differently so the GPU die could be in a different location, and there may not be enough clearance for certain components. Regardless it's not something worth doing in my opinion.
