New pc build won’t post

So I just built my pc and all the fans and rgb works. But when I plugged it into my monitor it doesn’t post. It’s not the actual monitor. After a while and having taken it apart and put it back together, it posted I installed windows. But then I unplug everything to cable manage and it won’t post again. What can I do???

Recheck your standoffs to ensure there isn’t a short anywhere.
