Hello, idk why but I've upgraded my system since of February, both the storage drive to m.2 and my gpu to a 3000 series. It's never been better, but out of nowhere it just stopped and won't even boot up properly at all. It will just automatically blackout and restart in a bootloop. Not sure if this helps but I had been having a few times where the bluescreen would pop up at times.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

T Force Vulcan Z 16gb 3200mhz

MSI b450 Tomahawk Max

RTX 3060ti

Samsung 970 Evo 1TB M.2/ Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm

Thermaltake 600W 80+ gold

Heres whats going on, I was just on the web browsing some youtube videos and just chilling to some music. Suddenly everything just froze up out of nowhere, so normally I just reboot the system but when I usually turn on my pc as I wait for it to boot up, normally the adrenaline gaming logo pops up and starts to load up with the dots in a circular motion that loads up. Normally it will circle around a few times and get to the welcome/log in screen for me to get to my desktop. But for me now, when it boots up on the adrenaline gaming screen, the circular motion dots stops half way as it tries to boot. But it just stops and blacks out, as it just trys to reboot with the same recurring issue.

I removed and cleaned my parts, still acts the same way. Even tried changing my drives, thinking my m.2 might've been corrupted. Still no dice as I've tried doing a fresh install of windows on a new SSD, still acts up the same way. But when I did the adrenaline logo stretched and moved to the corner like a bug or something, which was weird.

Also now I'm noticing my b450 tomahawk max mobo is showing some led light signs. From CPU, to VGA, and then the BOOT light comes on as well. As everything restarts and does the same things all over again. I've also tried to get into safemode but no luck but I can get into my bios but don't know what to go from there. But I did change my boot drives as nothing worked. Currently working with a 240gb Adata SSD as my new boot drive, my original boot drive the m.2 Samsung 970 Evo, and my Seagate HDD that stores some games/files.

My guess is I might be a component malfunction or it could be my m.2 drive. I don't know what's wrong with it but some helpful tips would be great.

Edit: It can't be my M.2 since I tried to fresh install a whole new Windows 10 OS on a new different drive the adata ssd as if I were building my all over again PC again, the Microsoft logo popped up but the loading dots stops at 9oclock, just like it did on the gaming adrenaline load up. Due to some of the blue screens I've been having, could be a mobo issue.

Pictures are what it starts with but then blacks out and restarts, goes on and repeats. It's not loading up normally but just stops as soon as the load up dots hit 9oclock to the left, then the screen blacks out to reboot.
