For some reason I've been getting this issue where Windows freezes for a second after which I can minimize windows and move my cursor but I can't interact with Chrome like typing in it or moving my mouse. I can also open up start menu but programs won't open. I've also noticed that shutting down through windows doesn't work and the system clock is frozen at a specific time. Usually this happens when I'm afk but recently I've been getting this issue while using the damn thing.  Another interesting behavior was that when I was listening to music, the music just cuts out when it happens and when I press play in Groove Music, it plays for a split second and pauses again. What the heck is going on??? Malwarebytes and Windows Defender scans have come up clean so I'm out of ideas.

Can you provide a core system spec., please?

Current PC spec. in my profile.
Can I realistically call myself a gamer, if I only play ONE, twenty year old game...?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

I'm using a rm850 and 287gb left in boot. Why'd you ask?

In case:

PSU was underpowered.

System drive was short on space for what used to be referred to as "swap file".
