School Laptop

Ok, I can't find a laptop for around $400-$600 USD.  Of course there are some, but I want one with a small display, preferably 13.3 inches, 4th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, large storage HDD, and a sustained battery life of about 5-6 hours.  I know this is asking a lot for a GOOD-QUALITY laptop but I need to stay within this budget as tuition is stupid.  Please help.  Thanks in advance.
