PC Wont Post.

Hi. I just built my first pc. It has a ryzen 5 3600 and a 1060 6GB card. But it wont post. I am using a gigabyte aorus elite which i bought used. Out of the box the motherboard supports the 2000 generation of processors. But from what i have seen i should be able to get into bios without a bios update. The PC is turning on fine and all the fans spin (gpu and cpu cooler too). Is the bios version the reason or could it be something else?

Does your board have Ez debug lights? If so what do they read?

what exact model of the arouris elite do you have?

On this diagram #21 corresponds to the Lights on the board. This is for the b450 V.1 of the board.
