Windows 10 APP startup

Does anyone know how to make windows 10 start apps on a certain screen? I have a 3 monitor setup (2 horizontal 1 vertical) 

Have the apps I use every time I open my pc open immediately. But they seem to kinda go wherever they want on startup and so I spend 10 seconds moving them all and then it’s fine. 
Just wondering if there’s a workaround for a goofy little “problem” I have

Most apps should remember their selected position, but if your monitors take a second to "realize" that there's a connection, then windows assumes you only have 1 screen on startup, and as such just "dumps" the windows to that screen.

 

For a workaround you could try PowerToys.
