Cannot boot into Windows Setup: ASUS B85M-E

I use a ASUS B85M-E motherboard, tested beforehand to be working with Windows on a different system before being built into my new system with upgrades to the PSU, ram and storage. (Soon to be installing a GPU.) These components are not faulty or incompatible.

 

I have just finished the building of this system, and an attempt of installing windows by booting from the USB will either bring me with a bluescreen, or a black unusable screen. Does anyone know why this might be? I have tried updating the bios, as well as modifying bios settings as suggested by different websites, such as disabling fast boot.

 

I am also unable to boot into windows through a HDD that already has windows. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The windows installation is most likely corrupted. You should try putting a new copy of windows 10 on your flash drive using microsoft's tool.

This windows install USB works on other computers though. I've also reinstalled the windows install files onto a new USB, as well as used a friends USB and these bring the same problems

Then there could be an issue with your hardware that causes windows 10 to corrupt either during or after the installation. Could be a drive failure. You can try installing Linux instead see if that works, and with that occasion you can also test your hardware.
