CPU temperatures are not changing?

So i have a 5600x and  hyper 212 black edition and for some reason on coretemp and msi dragon centre my cpu temps are at one temperature and one temperature only, it will say a temp from 30 to 50 degrees and even if i run a cpu intensive game it doesn't change? anyone have any ideas on what this is? i want to make sure my cpu isnt going to die, and if there are any software options instead of having to reseat the cooler again that would be easier

That's not good if you're not getting any movement at all.

Try hwinfo 64

yes i know its not good, no idea waht hwinfo 64 is please explain more

I have downloaded it, still the temps are always the same

i also have tried to install the chipset drivers but they never seem to work and it just makes me install it every time, you think that might be why?

Okay, how much of a change in temperature do you find by self analysis.(Using a thermal gun or even feeling the yourself)
Secondly, what's the state of your fans. Do you notice them changing there speed during intensive tasks.(Basically does the core system recognize the fluctuating temps)

I dont have a thermal gun and have a cpu cooler, but when my gpu gets hot i can feel it, also the way i spotted the problem was because my fan speed want changing. I have also seen that none of my other mobo sensors do not seem to be working, there doesnt seem to be any fluctuation in any of the voltages for like 12v or any other stuff unless they arent supposed to change or anything.

Was or Wasn't? Assuming you meant wasn't, and the HWmonitor reports static temps, it should be essentially a problem within the CPU. The bandgap thermometer within the CPU is supposed to report the temps. 
Your GPU is reporting correct temps right?

It  wasnt, also the gpu temps are correct. Also, does it usually take a long time to detect the cpus on hwinfo64 because for me it takes like 30-40 seconds per (apparently 2) #0 and #1. ALso the core clocks dont change, but the core effective clocks seem to, I will send a picture. THanks.

Hmm interesting. What about the CPU and Soc Voltage, static or keeps changing?
This seems like a fault within your processor, which is quite rare. It could also be me looking at the problem the wrong way.
Could your try writing to their support on the same once, they should ideally offer a replacement. Keep us updated.
