Hello,

So recently I have had a problem where I would be watching a persons twitch stream and I would open a new tab and start typing something. All of a sudden my computer just stops rendering my mouse clicks and keyboard. I would hover over the apps I have on my taskbar and it doesn't have the white outline around it as well as when I click it doesn't register. I have tried "ctrl+alt+del" and sign out, but once I do it, it sends me to the blue screen to where it should say "Signing out". However, it would just be a buffering symbol in a infinite loop. I have tried checking if it was a virus, but I don't have any. I've also checked online to find a solution, but it doesn't seem like anyone else has this problem. This problem has only persists with twitch and nothing else.

Additional info:

- ( If I have a stream open, the audio still plays)

- (The only way to turn my pc off after this occurs is to hold the power button)

Specs:

Cpu- Ryzen 5 3600x
