unrecognize ps4 controller on pc

so bought a knock-off ps4 controller but windows cant recognize that, what do i do?

i tried on my brother's pc and this works perfectly fine. something is wrong with my pc

Does the controller have a wire that you can connect it with? Try another usb wire?
