Looking to overclock from stock, is it worth clocking to 4.4ghz @ 1.25v all cores?

I can also do 4.5 on the fastest cores and 4.4 on the rest no issues.

Just wondering if that's worth the extra voltage to the cores or even worth the oc at all.

Any advice or recommendations are appreciated.

If someone also has advice regarding PBO and how to set it up, that'd also be great, however I've heard mixed results with it.

Note: Cooling is adequate for overclocking, I am not using the stock heatsink.

I have not, wasn't aware of this tool. Gonna try it out now.

yeah its pretty powerful as its made by an amd engineer, I dont have any chiplit based cpus so Im nor familiar with doing per core stuff on it, but im pretty sure actually hardcore overclocking/gamers nexus/hardware unboxed might have an in depth guide

I assume you just use tune in CTR and it will automatically find a stable frequency and voltage?

you'll have to look at a guide, also some of the things were for cpus with multiple ccds (3900x/3950x have 2, 3990x has 8) to find the best cores on each one since even if they are only using like 4 cores it dynamically switches between them on each die to keep local temps down

so im not sure if certain options are only for those, or if that is just included in per core already
