New GPU VR / Streaming Help?

Hi LTT Friends, 

 

Long story short I had to RMA my dead Vega64
Post here:

My question with this. They offered to help me by offering a GTX 1660 Super + a bit of extra pay from my side. 
They also offered a RTX3060, but dear lawdy its going for 15000 ZAR which would basically be the price of my whole Ryzen 5 System I recently bought xD... so no.

I wanna know if anyone knows if the 1660 Super will work well enough for Streaming to Twitch with OBS and Playing Beat Saber and other VR games. 

Otherwise I mostly do 1080P gaming so fine otherwise.
