Safe Media Eraser

I've posted here before about applications that assist in video production and I'm at it again.  One of the applications we use at my office to safely erase our RED Mini-Mags is a MacOS app called Parashoot.  Parashoot will check a designated destination folder to make sure that everything from the memory card was transferred or backed-up.  Once it has determined there is a back up for all media it will put a soft format on the card making it ready for use.  Now, sadly this app is only available on Mac, and I am a Windows user.  When in the office I can easily use a mac, but on the road I only have a Windows laptop.  Does anyone know of a similar software for Windows?  I've tried googling it but Parashoot is the worst keyword ever.
