I restarted my computer one night and it started up pretty fast considering I have an HDD and once it opened nothing was in my system tray and I honestly don't mind. What gets me is what's important in the Startup tab on Task Manager?

Are these essential?

-Windows Security notification icon

- Realtek HD Audio Universal Service

- Microsoft OneDrive

Thanks in advance.

Well what's important depend on your usage.

If you're still using hdd, upgrade to ssd.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

The Security icon isn't going to be something that is easily disabled, nor should it be any meaningful increase to boot time.

The Realtek audio service is going to be the drivers for your onboard audio. May or may not be essential depending on your use case.

One Drive can be disabled if you don't use it.
