Hello, I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and I am trying to upgrade both my memory and my drives.

I have an Acer Predator prebuild that has 16GB DDR4 SDRAM memory that has a speed of 2667MHz.

As for my drives, my SSD has a capacity of 256GB and has a read and write speed of 550+MB/s manufactured by SK Hynix

My HDD has a capacity of 2TB that was manufactured by Seagate.

I am looking to replace both my drives for an SSD with 2TB storage and my memory for one with faster speeds. There are so many different parts for them that I have a hard time picking the most optimal part.

I have a budget of at most $175 for both of them, suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Ok let's start from beginning:

- What is your ram timing? Also have you tried to overclock it? Buying faster ram won't make much of a difference so it's probably not worth the price.

- Give us more data on the SSD drives. You want 2TB combined or 2TB each? Are we talking nvme or sata for current SSD? What are you aiming to achieve?

With this budget, you're not getting far so what is your end goal? We can try to find some compromises.
