PCPartPicker: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/EthanGH/saved/FBdYNG I've made a list with some help from the latest LTT white out build. Now I'm primarily looking for ways to cut costs without really loosing performance, while I wait for GPUs to be a purchasable thing again. This is upgrading from my current i7-6700k CPU & 1050(2GB) GPU.

• A 360mm AIO is about as overkill as it gets for CPU cooling, and a 5600X is not a hot chip. You'd be perfectly safe with like a Hyper 212. -$150

• In no universe is the rest of that system going to utilize 64GB of RAM... even 32GB is a bit overkill, but it makes sense for future-proofing, so just remove one of the kits. -$230

• You will also never draw anywhere near 850W, especially with these reductions. 650W will be ample; A good unit from EVGA or Corsair should run you $120ish. -$110

Yeah, I figured a decent bit of it was overkill, but I went the better safe than sorry route, and figured I would step down from there. I do want to stick with a white-out build, with at least CPU water cooling this time around, so I stepped down the PSU to 650W, removed 1 RAM kit, and knocked down to a 240mm AIO. Which dropped the price to~ $1,780(excluding GPU), so thank you for the advice, and I am still open to any other recommendations of course.
