Can't update phone software.

Okay so I have a Galaxy S10 and whenever I try to update it to Android 10 it Will not show anything to update but I should be able to get Android 10, because My phone was only several months old when Android 10 came out. Anyone know what to do?

Ok, first of all is this a fully unlocked phone or did you get it through a carrier? If so, which carrier? 

 

Android updates are entirely bound to the carrier releasing them.

Okay so I got it through Amazon renewed and whenever I first got it it showed T-Mobile or Verizon I can't remember, but whenever I put my AT&t SIM card in it switch it over to AT&t stuff so I think it's unlocked.
