Probably yes, but it might get less bottlenecked in higher resolutions, texture qualities and frame rates.

My friend has a Ryzen 5 3600 and wants to buy a 3080/3090. I told him that the 3080/3090 would be bottlenecked by a Ryzen 5 3600. Was i correct, or do i need to correct myself?
