Trying to change cpu

Hello,

I am trying to get a new cpu because mine is becoming pretty outdated right now, my cpu now is the amd ryzen 3 1200x and I wanted to upgrade  to something like a amd ryzen 5 or 7 preferably the amd ryzen 7 5800x but my friend said my motherboard is not capable of handling it my motherboard is the MSI B350M PRO-VDH. so I actually wanted to ask if I need to get a new motherboard to get it or of it is capable enough. (I live in the netherlands if that is helpful)

my budget will be around 450 euros
