Surface Pro Problems

My surface started doing this today IDK what it is kindly help me out 

 

it did this before and got okay now its just stuck at this 

 

also once i shut it down it takes forever to turn back on and post then takes a second to login to windows 

 

any assistance would be appreciated

Its a surface pro 2 128GB SSD 4GB RAM its old but did every thing i required

This Answers nothing bro.     I have the same pattern and dis try whats written in this post but to no avail

It worked fine till this evening and i had been using it for quite some time like more then 2 years perhaps. It did this a few hours ago

Well, have you looked in your user manual for the blinking codes, to see if they are listed? All I have to go on is "blinking codes" what are the icons that are actually blinking?
