Low frame rate

I was wondering if anyone could help me with low frame rates in warzone? I am running about 60fps at 1440 and I can barely even run the game in 4k 20-40fps.

 

This is the one think I didn't want to run in with building a PC as now I have spent the better part of 4 months not being able to figure this out and ready to break everything...so any help would be appreciated. 

 

my system is as follows 

MSI MPG B550 

Gigabyte Aorus Geforce RTX 3070 

Ryzen 7 3700x 

2 x 8 corsair vengeance RGB pro ddr4 3600 (currently in a2 b2 slot)
