Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a PC that's pre build and its the K30BF_M32BF_A_F_K31BF Series and was planning to upgrade it so i have a smoothing gaming experience without frame drops and lag and I know I'm on a tight budget.

What kinds of games are you looking to play? It's likely you'll have to go with some kind of Ryzen build on that budget with the GPU market currently.

not that big of games just league,genshin impact

 for got to add in that my Processor is AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G    3.50 GHz an i have 16 gb ram and around 1-2 tb and a the stock heat sink in it and i swapped out the stock fan and added the fractal design silent series r3 80mm and added a rear fan for my case that fractal design silent series r3 120mm.
