Upgradeable or not

Hi, I have an hp prebuild - hp 290 p0035il it have an i3 8100 16 gb ram (upgraded) Menlo 843f motherboard and 180w psu as it have uhd 630 which can not run modern games so I wanna add an dedicated GPU 1650 super as the cabinet is very small I have to change it and also 180w is not enough I have to change it also but the motherboard do not have any 24 pin power connector it have only one 4 pin connector so it is possible to upgrade to the GPU to 1650 super
