Evo 850 low benchmark

My problem is that SSD benchmark never goes above 200 MB/s ... how can I fix that

Did you connect the drive to the 6GB/s ports and not the 3GB/s ports?

Yes , I connect it to 6 GB/port

According to the motherboard's manual the SATA 6GB/s connectors are set to IDE by default. You might wanna change that to AHCI within the BIOS.

Thanks for reply , I checked the bios and set it to AHCI, but Benchmark still 198 - 200 MB/s....

Hm, which benchmark are you running? Have you tried diferent benchmarks?
Maybe give Atto a shot.
