MotionEye user login fails

I'm setting up MotionEye and I want to be able to login as a user. When I try to login with the default credentials, the page refreshes and asks for the username and password again. The console outputs this: 

WARNING: 403 GET /login/?_=1621104373546&_username=_&_signature=22d70aa60b018bb85ef574007e5c243d29a6c2a8 (11104373546&_username=_&_signature=22d70aa60b018bb85ef574007e5c243d29a6c2a8 (127.0.0.1) 1.70ms

It is definitely the correct username and password, because the page doesn't say that the password is incorrect.

 

I've reverse-proxied the service through Apache. The admin account logs in just fine.

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks!
