I'm curious, Is your choice Intel because of personals reasons or due to the difficulty of getting an R7-5800x ?

Also, I would recommend you got air cooled in that case. The NHD-15 will last longer that an AIO, the noises will be about the same but it's an easier installation and maintenance and is about the same price (in NA at least). That's coming from a guy who has installed lots on AIOs and air cooler in the last year.

Also, that 1050 ti is going to bottleneck that system hard. Almost to the point of me saying, unless you currently have nothing, in your stead I would keep my money until I can get a GPU. There are twitter accounts and Discord drop groups if you are willing to invest time. You might be also be able to get your hands on a used Rx 570 at a decent prices (I don't know the market in Romania so I might be talking out of my ass).

Good luck with the build if you go ahead.

It's my first build , so far i managed to find a gtx 1650 for some extra cash . The water cooling was a recomandation from a friend, so what should I do?

The 1650 is better but still a little low end. I hope you're not paying over 250 US for it. Eventually I would put an RTX 2080 or a 3060-ti in there when they become available.

I would go with a noctua NHD-15 (get the chroma black it you worry about looks). It's an easier install. Otherwise it's a solid build.

The Ryzen R7-5800X and the Core I7-11700KF are pretty much neck to neck so factor in the price of your mobo and get the cheaper combo or the one that's available. (it will probably be Intel). Intel produces more heat so the fan in your case will work harder. Don't try to overclock too high on either a 240 mm AIO or the NHD-15

Replace the CPU with a 10850k or a 5800x, also get an Arctic freeezer ii 360 or 280 instead. Lastly, that PSU sucks.
