After my 2 most recent bios updates, the bios as been skipping 2 seconds for every 9-10 seconds on its clock, what exactly do I do here, it is an Asus prime x570-pro and the two updates are 3603 and 3801, any ideas?

Nothing you can do but rely on network time to correct it really.
