Good ones? Can handle 5 gig files with free price.

Why not an offline option like Handbrake?

Don't see a point in wasting all that bandwidth, or why a site would waste that much bandwidth for free with nothing in return.

FFMPEG or wrappers like Handbrake can convert videos for free locally without you having to upload 5GB to a conversion site.
