PC Reboots when Idle

Hello. as title says the pc is rebooting when idle. it sometimes does it 1-2 times day or not for 2-5 day(it has done it 5 times this week). it never restarts when I am at it and using it, only idle. it just turns its self off and reboots.

I tried unplugging it from the ups (thought it was the cause), then plugging it into the wall instead, but it's still doing it. I changed out psu and it still does it. I also tried resetting the bios; making sure all the drivers are up to date etc.

I built this computer back in late 2019 and it started rebooting around mid 2020. my computer i was using before this one didn't have this issue and neither did this one when I first built it.

this is a hard issue to track down. if anyone can help me pin it down id be grateful.

Yikes, that really is a tough one to track down. You already tried every troubleshooting thing I would have tried. The only thing left I can think of is that it's being software triggered for some reason. If you felt like it, you could make a USB Ubuntu boot drive and let the computer sit idle running a totally separate operating system and see what the stability is like. Not saying the end result would be to switch to Linux, just to see if maybe you should consider reinstalling Windows.

I might try reinstalling windows. I've been leaving google running and seeing if it restarts or not and it hasn't. long as something is on the screen it seems to not do it. making me think it may be software or driver related.
