Opengl 2.0 error

Hey, built myself a computer and now my radeon rx 6700 xt oc drivers give me errors such install OpenGl 2.0, I have uninstalled whole gpu from device manager, factory reset, and yet still it keeps coming back, i cant propely overclock my card, it seems something like this image.png.e2f8f8a1e7161e1818a26c1fd261c980.png
