Comcast call forwarding kind of working

So I set up call forwarding on Comcast (it's a long story why) and everything works except T-Mobile phones who try to call, as soon as I answer the call drops.  My parents phones are both t-mobile and mine is AT&t, my phone works phone but their's don't.  Also their phones work with other numbers.  Any ideas what is wrong?
