Help for replacing fans

I have a pair of Delta AFB1212HHE fans in my ups.

I really want to replace them to a pair of quiter one.

Maybe a Noctua or a be quiet! one, I really want to ask for some help regarding the appropriate fan (airflow, db, size, power, etc).

 

Please suggest some for me. I've found the datasheet for the Delta fan: https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/632/AFB120x120x38mm-515857.pdf

Those aren't great fans.

 

So, do you have 4 pin PWM headers on your motherboard?

 

Quiet fans are going to be much lower airflow, but waaaaay less noisy.

These are general go-to fans, as they're hella reasonably priced and quite good.
