PC Auto-Restarting

As stated in the title, my PC has been auto-restarting a lot recently (While idle). I have checked core temperatures and nothing seems to be overheating. The only thing I've realized is that the computer fans have been very loud during startup which hasn't been the case previously. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

 

I have a -

- Core  i3 10100F
- GTX 1650 GPU

- H410M S2 Motherboard

- 8GB RAM

- 223 GB Gigabyte SATA SSD
