Refresh rate problem while playing OW

Hi, 

     I have LG ultra Gear 27' (LG Ultragear 68.5 cm (27-inch) IPS FHD, G-Sync Compatible, HDR 10, Gaming Monitor with Display Port, HDMI x 2, Height Adjust & Pivot Stand, 144Hz, 1ms - 27GL650F)  it works fine while doing other tasks and gives 144 hz Refresh rate but while playing overwatch it sometimes dips down to 59 or 48 hz, this problem started occurring recently after updating my AMD drivers 

 

P.S i am using 6800XT with R5 5600X
