Audio problem

HarikCZ

Hallo, i have a bit of a problem, I have a Lenovo Thinkpad E590 with a Core I5 and a RX 550X and my audio stopped working completly. I was a bit concerned about what happened so i tried a lot of things. I've tried reinstalling drivers, even reinstalling Windows a few times and non of that helped. Then, I have some experience with Linux, Ubuntu to be exact, so i tryed that. My laptop has some warranty so I let the technician to repair that and he told me that it is ok, he tried it, changed the motherbord and it didnt work on Windows but on Ubuntu it did. I have no idea about what is happening. Please, anybody, I will be very thankfull.

It's still something you should contact Lenovo about imo. If it's drivers, it's still their responsibility to fix.

Hallo there, the problem got fixed, just for those 2 people on the entire planet that have the same problem in the future, windows just said that those drivers for audio were not signed. You just have to sing them from Lenovo website.
