Since new (30 series) GPUs are near impossible to get for a reasonable price, I'm looking to the second hand market and wanted to get opinions on some listings I found:

gtx 1080 for 460 €

rtx 2080 ti for 800 €

 

please don't compare to msrps of current cards but the prices they actually sell for.
