You're overspending a lot on your Samsung storage and motherboard. My brother and I have been running a 5900x and 5800x on $200 MSI b550 itx mobos for months without issue, so I would save your money and go with something less overkill. Also, unless your in love with the look of the NZXT AIO, a corsair 280mm AIO is a lot less and will perform about the same (or a good air cooler).
