Xiaomi phone with miui 12 mobile data doesn't work flashes the 4G logo on and off

Xiaomi phone with MIUI 12 weird issue when turning on mobile data it flashes the 4G logo on and off constantly and I don't get internet connection.
I tried to reset the network, update the soft and delete and reset the APN, restart the phone. There is only 1 sim and the phone sees it and the Wi-Fi does work.

My las 2 options are: factory reset and RMA it.
If you had this problem and found a fix to it I would like to know how you did it.
