Getting constant schock from keyboard HELP:D

Hello guys,

I recently got a new Logitech G815 keyboard and the problem is that I keep getting "shocked" whenever I touch certain parts of the keyboard. Sometimes its just for just a few seconds but sometimes it can go on for over 40 minutes and that makes my arm kinda soar from all the electricity. I have tried searching for solutions but nothing seems to work, I would be thankful for suggestions!

Stop using the keyboard immediately.

Then you have several options:

 

Throw it away.

Contact Logitech for a RMA.

Call an exorcist.
