I was having some issues with Command and Conquer Generals: Zero Hour game , so i decided to uninstall.

For some reason, it should not allow me to remove (cannot remember the error) so i did it manually.

Now when i try via the setup.exe, whether i use the Repair or Uninstall option i get the error:
1605: This action is only valid for products currently installed

I have tried cleaning the registry with;
CCleaner
Advanced System Care 5
Revo Uninstaller

Still has not worked.

Cleaned registry manually deleted files from document and app data ,

I have also tried to use programs to force uninstall (Same as above plus Microsoft one), and it does not show on any of the lists, only Generals(First one).

I do not really want to do a System Restore as the last backup was over a week ago and i will look a bit.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Thanks

Which installer are you using (standalone, "The First Decade", "The Ultimate Collection")?
Also, are you using Origin?

That is the problem, you didn't clean it entirely, it is still reading it from somewhere most likely... Different installers use different registry keys, hence why my 1st question.

PS If you pirating you are on your own, The Ultimate Collection can be bought for 5-10$ online...
