This build is for my friend, I just wanted to make sure it was the best. The Ryzen 5 2600 will prob be replaced with ryzen 5 3600

next time please send the link in the yellow box instead of a screenshot. it helps us easily edit your list
secondly the 11400/F heavily outperforms the 2600X in single core performance (gaming) 
next the MX500 1tb is a bit overpriced when there are faster nvme m.2 drives for cheaper. (1TB)

11400 > 3700x and below (in terms of price/performance)

The H510 is terrible. Instead why not go with a 11400f and a 3060ti?

neo eco gold zen does lack OTP (over temperature protection) as well as a low quality sleeve bearing fan. not sure if that's the best option for an 11400 and 3060 TI, or any good for future upgrades.
I suggest going a bit cheaper on the motherboard (B560M HDV) and spending that extra for a CX 650 instead, you could also get a better airflow optimized case out of the box rather than a 
P300A + P12 = 72  // P360A = 70 USD
While featuring RGB and two front fans for intake. Would just be easier for the OP/consumer
