m.2 not working

my m.2 isnt showing in disk mangment
it shows in bios device mangment.
i have a b450 gaming plus max mobo.
bois is updated
the m.2 ssd is a Seagate Barracuda Q5 500GB Internal SSD - M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen3 ×4, 3D QLC

if anyone can help it would be awsome.

If possible, could you show pictures of your drive lists in both bios and diskpart?

Go to your Windows search bar and type "cmd" then right click on Command Prompt and run as administrator. Once you're in, type "diskpart" and then "list disk". If the drive shows up there, it's possible to reformat it and potentially force the system to recognize it as usable space. Please show the pic as well.

thank you for your time of helping. but I downloaded some drives and it works now. not fully sure what I did but I got it working

I'm having the same issues and already reinstalled my chipset drivers

I updated my bios for one.

I have a b450 gaming plus mobo and downloaded the newest update on the msi site. also the live 6 thing whatever it was. downloaded drives from it.

(idk how much this helps but I did all that and it works now)

Could of been a bios update or the drives
